About This Job:
Technical sales support to get the ‘right’ plan for a market launch and technical support of the product within the lifecycle. The interface between supplier and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience on Android and cellular connectivity
- To create, track and manage project schedules in a project management tool, by understanding the activities needed.
- Technical Resource for product Solutions, RFP submissions, Bids and Proposals
- To undertake project risk assessment and monitor project risks in order to understand vulnerabilities and create contingency plans for product launches
- Provide Technical training on request to Sales, end-user customers and partners.
- Direct contact for our Customers/Dealers/Service Partners
- Technical Resource for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshooting issues related to product group solutions, software, customer issues, tools
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 years+ of technical support experience with IT products and solutions preferred
- Knowledge of Android
- Knowledge in cellular
- Customer focus.
- Detailed Focused
- Experience in project management ideally in tech
