- Responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls, chats, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Building out new and more efficient ways of handling incoming inquiries.
- Forwarding wholesale inquiries to the right person/department.
Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proficient in reading and writing (English)
- Speak and understand English at a proficient level
- Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
- Excellent communicator who works well with others
- Efficient and well organized
- Good with technology
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays (when needed)
