  • $500-$750 per month salary

  • Responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls, chats, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Building out new and more efficient ways of handling incoming inquiries.
  • Forwarding wholesale inquiries to the right person/department.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading and writing (English)
  • Speak and understand English at a proficient level
  • Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
  • Excellent communicator who works well with others
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Good with technology
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays (when needed)
