Roles & Responsibilities:
• Respond to day-to-day guest requests, issues, and other general questions about the city
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and messages through each booking platforms
• Guide guests through the Sosuite experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression
• Troubleshoot minor technology issues (e.g., access to units, wifi connectivity, payment issues)
• Assist with operation scheduling, directly support the finance team and the operations team to lead the day to day, communicate with guests as needed

• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing, always challenging startup environment
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
• Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
• Flexible schedule and is open to working sometime overnight and weekends
• 2+ years experience working in hospitality, service, and/or customer experience
