Honey’s Place Inc., A leader in the distribution of pleasure products, is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to work out of the corporate offices in San Fernando, CA. The perfect candidate will be well organized with excellent communication skills and will also be able to complete tasks in a proficient manner. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter, success driven, and goal orientate individual. They also must have a customer focused attitude and be successful with interacting in a dynamic team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of orders
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and or email
  • Professionally handle incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
  • Process customer orders by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities
  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determine the cause of the problem and following up to ensure resolution
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Understand each customer’s needs to building strong long-term relationships
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support for all departments
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Daily phone calls introducing new product to customer and up-selling
  • Technically savvy or knowledge of API's and Data Feeds to help our customers navigate our API and Data Feed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Skill Summary:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service position preferably in distribution, retail or manufacturing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Need to have strong customer service skills
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Must be fluent in both English.  Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time
