Qualifications:
- Applicant must speak English and have good communication and sales skills
- Applicant must have experience in customer service or sales in BPO setting or online
- Applicant must be computer savvy and have some understanding of the US mortgage industry

- Head set with noise cancelling function
- DSL/FIBER internet connection
- Photo of work area / home office
- Screenshot of computer and head set specifications
- Screenshot of internet connection speed test
- Copy of Government issued ID (feel free to block out information you are not comfortable sharing)
- Copy of latest ISP billing statement (feel free to block out information you are not comfortable sharing)
Back up computer should be a laptop and must have the same specs as main computer and back up internet connection must have the same speed as the main internet connection and can still be used during power outages.
