WaiverKing Customer Service Representative

We are looking to expand our customer service team with a Full Time  - 40 hr a week position.

WaiverKing Inc is a California-based corporation that is one of the leading online document solutions specializing in the health, beauty, and fitness markets worldwide. We deliver more than 1 million online documents to over 30 countries annually.

WaiverKing’s mission is to help our clients replace traditional paper methods and endless administration so they can concentrate on their clients and growing their businesses. 
We are looking for someone to join our WaiverKing Customer Support team and help us build great relationships with potential clients and maintain ongoing clients. We’re looking for someone who is not deterred by roadblocks, always cheerful and enjoys the challenges, and keeps moving forward.  Someone who is proactive and enthusiastic, passionate, super friendly, well-spoken in English, and energetic. A good sense of humor is also always a plus.

Our working language is written and spoken English so both written and oral communication needs to be perfect in order to work with our global team. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working California office hours.

Fielding questions from potential clients and existing clients by phone calls and emails.

Collating and organizing client’s documents.

Update client documents when and where requested.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to solve problems logically and critically
Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
Full understanding of Microsoft Word
Capable of working independently and getting on with things
1+ years in online customer support, preferably supporting a SaaS product
A strong understanding and working knowledge of the internet and technical concepts (eg. you understand the terms HTML, browser, and cache)
A quiet workspace away from noises
A noise cancelation headset
Reliable and fast internet connection
Prepared to work USA hours
