About This Job:
We are looking for the best Customer Service Representative. The candidate should make reviews and processes orders for customers received through internet portal. Communicates effectively with the customer to resolve any issues with their order before submitting for processes.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position works closely with several other departments and the ideal candidate must be able to work well in a tight-knit team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy / issues
  • Basic database order entry
  • Order fulfillment / checking inventory stock status
  • Identify order issues
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication
  • 2 yrs. customer service/order entry/data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite- Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index matching
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Data Analysis
  • Reconciliation of documents / Inventory keeping
  • Negotiation of sales
  • General understanding of supply chain distribution
