Sales Development Representative Manager (north America) (100% Remote)

This is a full-time position. You must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST or CST). You’ll report directly to our VP of sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of sales development reps
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members using creative incentives
  • Regularly report on team/individual results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience leading SDR teams to exceed their quota 10–12 months per year
  • Have been a critical piece to get at least three mild/underperforming reps to become high-performing reps
  • Have spent a minimum of five hours per week listening to and coaching calls
  • Have run at least one training per week with high-quality content
  • Have a consistent track record of beating targets
  • Have experience building and scaling a high-functioning team
  • Have excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
