Looking for a full time Customer Service Representative that would be working with a lot of different program for our company.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Helps customers with complaints and questions about a specific product or services
  • Provides information about a product or service
  • Modify and escalates complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Responds promptly to customer’s inquiries, requests, orders or applications
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements & Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
  • Must be based in USA ONLY
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College Degree preferred
  • Customer Service experience is a PLUS
  • Phone-related customer service is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Offices
  • Strong listening skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Conversational and have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
