About This Job:
Buildable is a fast-growing software company headquartered out of Toronto. Leadership is always looking at ways of optimizating existing operations, which now includes onboarding a core team member in the new role: Executive Assistant & Office Manager. We're looking for someone who can work closely with leadership to help manage admin tasks, event planning for internal team events and other fun tasks. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a caveat, the role will adapt depending on the individual's core competencies. That said, the position is now structured to include the following key responsibilities:
 
  • assist in coordinating interviews with new engineering candidates from various global markets via email
  • assist in coordinating and delivering key pieces of information with high-value enterprise clients via email
  • assist the CEO in planning internal team-building events, like AirBnB experiences and fitness classes with Buildable's partners
  • assist in responding to platform/community users via email
  • other fun, growth-building activities!
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of corporate experience in any professional setting similar to the role
  • Professionalism in all forms of communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all forms of communication (i.e., email, phone, zoom) with either internal or external contacts
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A desire to be a long-standing member of Buildable's core team and help the company grow
