Cold Caller / Lead Generation Manager

About This Job:
Energetic and motivated conversationalist with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to contact current property homeowners who may be interested in selling their house by placing numerous telephone calls. They will be responsible for explaining the selling process and ultimately schedule appointments to view and assess the property.  This individual may also be asked to send text messages on behalf of the sales Rep as well.  
Roles & Responsibilities:
They will be responsible for explaining the selling process and ultimately schedule appointments to view and assess the property.  Individual will use my Mojo system for dialing along with Dialpad to make outgoing phone calls.  
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be able to contact current property homeowners who may be interested in selling their house by placing numerous telephone calls. Must be able to have good to great English speaking skills and have a great attitude towards calling.  Minimum of at least 3 hours a day calling.  Anywhere between 15 to 30 hours a week.
