Purpose of the role
Source potential candidates for our open positions in the Sales Department, in various countries of LATAM, through LinkedIn, social media, and local portals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Recruit candidates and build a candidate pipeline through all resource channels, including social media and online job boards, of specific countries.
  • Manage job advertisements and identify suitable candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates in a professional manner and run the prequalification process.
  • Interview and assess candidates’ qualifications by following policy standards
  • Report results to HQ and arrange a 2nd round interview with Recruiters in HQ.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies/procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in high number recruitment in multiple countries
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and local job portals.
  • Preferable candidates from LATAM countries
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage and prioritize own workload while working remotely
  • Ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced, changing, and high growth environment is essential
  • Ability to achieve KPIs
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or Diploma will consider an asset
