About This Job:
Professionally communicate with tenants via text, email & phone about their maintenance, living and other needs. Interact with U.S. based staff to communicate tenant needs, queries and outstanding tasks. Log interactions in Company property management software. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to tenant queries pursuant to Company policy
  • Promptly relay relevant queries to U.S. based team for action
  • Follow-up with U.S. team to ensure completion of tasks and responses to queries that require physical presence.  
  • Log tenant requests in Company systems
  • Summarize outstanding tasks for on-site staff
  • Organize support data
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Excellent/Professional English Oral + Writing Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Patient and understanding in all communications with tenants and colleagues

  • Experience in call centers, sales, or client/customer support
