OptiMindHealth is mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking to hire a new team member to work with us in staffing our reception and scheduling team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing high quality customer support using strong English communication skills through email, chat, and voice inbound and outbound channels. You will regularly be interfacing with doctors and patients and providing feedback, setting appointments across time zones, and making sure that contacts are accurately documented and followed up. In this position, you will be working closely with other members of our established remote support team.
Requirements & Qualifications:

A degree in nursing or a prior position in medical customer service is a plus.
