About This Job:
we are a family owned and operated plumbing company based out of San Francisco. We are looking to hire someone to remotely answer our phone line from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must speak fluent English.
Must have great customer service skills and be professional and friendly.
Must learn our scheduling software and be able to communicate with staff based on scheduled calls.
Requirements & Qualifications:
English proficient, customer service background. Able to answer phone and be available every week day from 8am to 5pm.
