About This Job:
Viben, a leader in the manufacturing of pleasure products, is looking for a highly efficient Product Coordinator to work remotely with our corporate offices in California.  The perfect candidate will be well organized with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic self-starter, success driven and goal orientated person.  The Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the goals of the Product Development and Sourcing team throughout the development stage with focus on data management, sample tracking and product development schedule.  This position will maintain department tools and reports and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure department and business objectives are met in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Responsible for ensuring that the production team meets scheduled goals
  • Assist Brand Manager with various projects and duties as needed to support the overall business
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of assigned projects, provide and status to brand management and CEO
  • Assist Product Development and Sourcing team in requesting information from foreign and domestic vendors
  • Assisting in maintaining price quotes, product specifications, copy and photo direction
  • Assist in the launch and ongoing execution of special projects in the development pipeline
  • Assist in product quality issues and coordinate with factory to make improvements
  • Ensure the quality control and  assurance policy is being executed and maintained
  • Enter and manage sales orders and purchase order for both vendors and customers
  • Manage shipping process from International vendors to the US
  • Track, update, compile and manage shipping expenses 
  • Assist warranty department
  • Maintain vendor/customer information within internal database
  • Follow internal protocols for client and internal communication and documentation
  • Attend and Support meetings, ensure  deliverables, including presentations and sales meetings
  • Review all marketing materials
  • Support and coordinate website and digital content updates for the assigned brand's online presence, digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and brochures
  • Communicate daily with cross functional departments - Design, Sales, Customer Service and marketing team co-workers and supervisors
  • Communicate via email or communication with offshore vendors/factories to make progress on product development events
  • Agile in running reports; creating and manipulating spreadsheets in Excel, documents in Word
Requirements & Qualifications:
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 
  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of Google Suites preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and at times independently to problem solve
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to work proactively, multitask, strong time management in a fast paced environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability
  • Deadline driven, self-starter, willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with working with foreign vendors a plus
 
Schedule for Completion of Services:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am PST to 4:30pm PST and determined on an ongoing basis with Management.
