About This Job:

We are currently seeking a Remote Project Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a Remote Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to leverage your exceptional project coordination/management and people skills to oversee the direction, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day activities of the company's back-office team.
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Notifies team of project delays, concerns, and resolves project-related concerns.
• Coordinates project work plan and calendar/schedules.
• Tracks team goals and provides updates.
• Initiate staffing requests for both full time and contracting resources
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year related staffing/project management/operations experience
• Strong communication and consultative skills at all levels
• Virtual Assistant and/or BPO experience a plus
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
• Team-oriented mentality and attitude
• Demonstrable time management and organization/multi-tasking skills
• Service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable)
