About This Job:
The Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for communicating with our customer base: answering questions, solving problems, and continuing to develop a positive relationship with our brand.
This position is expected to become knowledgable about our product line.  A Customer Service Specialist should be proficient at answering questions and solving problems.  By understanding our products and the benefits they provide, this employee should be resolving customer issues and increasing sales conversions (via phone calls, emails, and website chats).  This role will be the main point of contact for our customers and is expected to represent our brand in a positive light at all times. The line of business is Baby products - Clients are mainly mothers. We need a Customer Service Specialist that could relate with our clients. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Operate customer service software as the main point of contact for our sales channels (emails, phone calls, and chats)
  • Solve problems and respond to customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple vendor platforms, programs, and systems to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
  • Process returns and replacement orders
  • Help define, maintain, and improve procedures
  • Collaborate with our customer service team and operations personnel
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience1
Confident and respectful communication skills
Some experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal guidance
Some experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Trello
Previous experience working for a small business, or in e-commerce
An entrepreneurial mind, a sense of ownership
Schedule Sunday to Thursday 5pm-1am EST , Payment through transferwise
