Global team - focused on helping small business owners from around the world sign up for our
behavior change small business growth program - and then- helping them actually stick with the

Thank You Small Business (TYSB) is Silver Lining’s global movement to support and celebrate small
businesses worldwide. TYSB’s entire mission is to, quite literally, say THANK YOU, to all the small
business owners who have sacrificed security for passion, who work tirelessly to make payroll, who
are the first to volunteer for their community, and who make the world a better place. This position is in charge of the program and has end-to-end responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Program planning
● Conduct market research on which regions are viable to bring the TYSB program to
● Research and plan the region’s potential partners who would be part of the program
● Map out rollout of the program in the various regions

Business Development & Corporate Sponsorship Management
● Identify and build strong local campaign committees to bring TYSB to their cities / regions
● Identify and sell local sponsors for the TYSB Movement - from identification, prospecting,
negotiating, and closing of the deals
● Own all stakeholder engagement and communication (Campaign Committees, local
partners, corporate sponsors etc)
● Manage ongoing reporting and communication with corporate sponsors to drive
engagement and success
● Build corporate partners confidence in the program in order to retain and grow their TYSB
sponsorship and programs
● Working with Partners to consistently meet project targets
Campaign specific strategy and project management
● Build a comprehensive project plan for each TYSB Campaign (location specific and/or
sponsor-specific)
● Drive all elements from all stakeholders to completion for each campaign, from start to
finish. (Campaigns may run between 3-24 months)
● Run multiple campaigns concurrently

Public Marketing & Engagement
● Deep work with Silver Lining’s Communications team on brand, social media, impact reports,
website updates for all TYSB activities
● Deep work with Silver Lining’s Communications team to identify PR and branding
opportunities for TYSB activities
● Driving the Communications team to execute all brand, content, digital marketing and media
relations related aspects of each campaign
● Drive public awareness and engagement of all TYSB activities globally, in partnership with
the Communications Team
Requirements & Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
 
Qualifications - Mandatory
● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing marketing campaigns that involve multiple
stakeholders and corporate sponsorships
● Proven track record of implementing marketing campaigns that drive public engagement
● Experience working in multiple markets globally
● Experience project managing and relationship managing corporate sponsors
● Professional level written and spoken English
 
SKILLS
● Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
● Excellent client and corporate relationship management skills
● Excellent presentation skills (Powerpoint, Reports, etc..), written and verbal
● Attention to detail for internal systems
● Plenty of drive, initiative, and motivation, self-motivator
● Top-notch project management
● Marketing background
● Stakeholder management
● Bonus: Confident public speaker
 
SALARY
● $2,500 - $5,000 USD/month depending on seniority and experience.
● Commission on all corporate sponsorship and TYSB funding
