About This Job:
We are a NY based Bookkeeping company looking for a Experienced Virtual / Office Admin / Office Manager Full Time Pro Active Employee. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is a partial list of some of the responsibilities and skills you need to perform and/or have: 
 
Excellent phone skills, be Tech Savvy, Speak English Fluently, Highly Organized, Responsible and Pro Active

You need to be available NY hours 9-6pm, Monday-Friday
 
You will need to be on top of:
 
  • Income emails
  • Incoming phone calls
  • Outgoing/Incoming Cold Sales Calling
  • Use CRM to track Sales Initiative
  • email - other forms of marketing
  • Create new tasks for the above and assign it to the correct Employee 
 
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
You must be Computer Literate
Microsoft Outlook a plus
Task Manager a plus 
 
General Office Knowledge
 
Knowledge of the role as an Office Admin / Project Management / Office Manager
Skills Required:

Sales & Lead Generation Level 5
