About This Job:
The role of Search Engine Marketing Specialist is to generate leads for the Property Management business via SEO and SEA strategies. In partnership with the Business Development Manager, you will deploy different strategies, organic and paid, to attract investors and landlords who are looking for property management services.
The SEO strategies involve content creation on all strategic platforms like: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, as well as our website blog. The SEA strategies involve campaign management on PPC platforms (initially just Google Ads, but later on other platforms as well), with the goal to optimize PPC campaigns and the lead funnel, creating and optimizing landing pages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • PPC campaign management (Google Ads and other)
  • Landing page creation and optimization
  • Copywriting (blog) and Social media content creation
  • Generate leads and find opportunities and venues to increase lead generation.
  • Take over the current Google Ads campaign and optimize it.
  • Increase lead generation from currently 25 leads per month, to 100+ leads per month.
  • Create engaging content that is helpful to Landlords, and establishes our brand as a market leader and reference
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years proven experience in similar roles
  • Google Ads PPC campaign management
  • Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing.
