Roles & Responsibilities:
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Building a revenue optimization team and process
- Lead a revenue management team
- Optimize conversion rates by adjusting margins on all channels
- Driving revenue optimization results
- Review competitive set pricing, yield strategies, and analysis of the market and its opportunities
- Conduct strategy meetings and present agenda items
- Build tools to derive insights and ensure sales are optimized
- Work with the Sales teams to effectively communicate and encourage strategic actions
- Making optimization decisions based on data.
Requirements & Qualifications:
What you bring:
- Leadership skills
- Experience managing remote teams
- Revenue Management experience
- Experience reporting performance to upper management
- The ability to build revenue management process and documentation for team growth
- A proven track record of leading a revenue management team
- The ability to set, track and hit targets, reporting to company leaders on performance
- Ability to anticipate and identify issues and exercise initiative to investigate, interpret and weigh alternatives to reach logical conclusions and make you
nd business decisions
- Experience with BI Tools (e.g. Tableau or Microsoft BI)
