Roles & Responsibilities:
Currently´╝îwe are many clients are expanding their Europe Market, and we are looking for some experienced Customer Service representatives with Fluent German language ability for our e-commerce projects.

Here's the perks:
- USD$6.00 to US$7.50/hour with a daily paid 45-minute lunch break and bio-break.
- Approximately 160-180 monthly paid hours.
- Callnovo's friendly management team and the service client will provide the necessary training to get you on board
- We provide CRM and softphone system access.
- Work from the comfort of your own home (WFH)
- 3 days of free training 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Here's what we're looking for:
- An efficient, proactive-personality, responsible, responsive Customer Service Representative is required.
- More than 1 year of Customer service experiences.   
- Fluent German language skill with good understanding of Germany culture;
- Advantage English language skill for training & internal communication.
- Answer Inbound Calls, response customer Emails & Live messages. Some project only request Email/Chat support.
- Reliable computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.
- Stable & Long-term 

**Work Shift Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM German Time (Monday - Friday)
