Here's what we're looking for:
- An efficient, proactive-personality, responsible, responsive Customer Service Representative is required.
- More than 1 year of Customer service experiences.
- Fluent German language skill with good understanding of Germany culture;
- Advantage English language skill for training & internal communication.
- Answer Inbound Calls, response customer Emails & Live messages. Some project only request Email/Chat support.
- Reliable computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM German Time (Monday - Friday)
