Responsibilities you will take on include:
- Product listing,
- Listing maintenance on various Retailers like Amazon, Overstock, Lowe’s, Wayfair and many more
- Listing optimizations, pre-listing content optimization
- Account troubleshooting (ticketing, email, phone)
- Image sorting and optimization
- Inventory update
This role will first take on a training as a data analyst. We believe that everybody in this company needs to learn ins and outs of the business, because we believe that a great manager knows every part of the system. In order to improve the system, you need to deep dive into it. Expect your first month to be a lot of Excel spreadsheets. You need to feel at home in Excel. :)
After that, we expect you to tell us how to improve. You will know. Simple as that.
In the meantime, you will also work with top management to establish communication channels, detect pain poins and bottlenecks, map out the processes, expand our knowledge base, grow existing accounts, build new accounts, and the most important one: make sure that the team is organized and happy.
