About This Job:
We are seeking an Operations & Relationship Manager to join our international team and foster strong relationships with our team and our clients. This is a key position within the company and one of vital importance in further strengthening growth and profitability. This is a 100% remote position (work from home). 
 
To be successful in this role you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and have an outstanding knowledge of Excel formulas. Everything else you will learn, we provide paid training! :)

What do we actually do? When we sign on a client, our job is to get their products on Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock , Lowe’s and many other websites. Here’s an example: our client is selling pillows? We will get those pillows online. And people love buying pillows, right? So it’s a win-win for both the client who sold the pillow, the customer who bought a pillow and for us who made that happen. Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities you will take on include:
  • Product listing,
  • Listing maintenance on various Retailers like Amazon, Overstock, Lowe’s, Wayfair and many more
  • Listing optimizations, pre-listing content optimization
  • Account troubleshooting (ticketing, email, phone)
  • Image sorting and optimization
  • Inventory update
 
This role will first take on a training as a data analyst. We believe that everybody in this company needs to learn ins and outs of the business, because we believe that a great manager knows every part of the system. In order to improve the system, you need to deep dive into it. Expect your first month to be a lot of Excel spreadsheets. You need to feel at home in Excel. :)
 
After that, we expect you to tell us how to improve. You will know. Simple as that. 
In the meantime, you will also work with top management to establish communication channels, detect pain poins and bottlenecks, map out the processes, expand our knowledge base, grow existing accounts, build new accounts, and the most important one: make sure that the team is organized and happy.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Degree in business, management, marketing, communication, administration or similar field
  • Experience as a manager in E-commerce, marketing, operations, customer service or similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel (there will be a test)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Super organized - experience in Project Management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships - customer oriented mindset
  • Leadership and team management skills - experience leading a remote team is a plus
  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
  • Ready to work Eastern USA hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)
 
Technical requirements (mandatory minimum):
  • RAM – 8GB
  • HDD – 400GB or more free disk space
  • Internet – 20Mb/s download, 5Mb/s upload speed
  • A dedicated workplace at home
  • Webcam and a headset (or mic + speakers).
  • A backup plan for power or internet interruptions
