About This Job:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team! As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reach out to prospective customers and present, promote, and sell products effectively through phone, email, and other social media sites
  • Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Keep on top of sales strategies and improve through feedback
  • Generate sales leads with use of different sourcing methods
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
 
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Able to a graveyard shift
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proactive attitude
