About This Job:
We need someone who will manage, analyze information and follow up with seller leads that have been generated by our agents. Someone who will qualify leads to determine how likely they are to sell and prepare them for the next step. The goal is to build quality rapport & a strong relationship with the sellers and screen them for any missing information. The role will be more dynamic over time handling administrative tasks.
This is permanent work from home.
Your workplace should be quiet and away from any background noise or sound.
This is a full-time job (40 hours per week)

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Following up on all leads converting those to appointments.
-Building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
-Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately.
-Skip tracing
-Call and manage FSBO leads
Requirements & Qualifications:
-An American or US Expat.
-Verbal and written communication skills are excellent.
- Proven success in previous work as a Lead Manager in Real Estate.
-Has experience in skip tracing.
-No other work commitments.
-Know how to use Google Chrome and learn how to use web-based applications. The more tech-savvy, the better.
-Receptive to feedback, coachable, and open to constructive criticism.
