About This Job:
IMPORTANT: This full-time long-term position requires the freelancer to work from 9AM - 5PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday - Friday. Do not apply if you cannot work and attend zoom meetings during these hours.

We are a digital marketing agency based in, Canada.
We provide a full range of digital marketing services to small and medium-sized companies.

We are looking for a PPC EXPERT (mainly Google ads, Local Ads, Remarketing, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Conversion Goals) and someone who is able to generate landing page strategies for the full spectrum conversion.

You will be attending meetings and directly speaking with clients, so English, company hours (9AM-5PM MST) is a must.

The largest focus is on LOCAL ads.


You will be responsible for the overall sales growth and conversion optimization for our clients. You will be a master at A/B testing and improving conversion rates. You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs and producing useful reports for management and clients.

The Senior PPC Analyst is responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of paid search engine marketing and social media advertising campaigns.

To achieve success in this role, applicants must have the ability to quickly learn and successfully utilize PPC platforms and tools to analyze, optimize, and communicate data. PPC Analysts will be expected to manage online campaigns across a number of channels including Google, Facebook and more.


Roles & Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:

Research, plan, and create ad accounts for multiple clients
Work expertly within Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, and others
Analyze key metrics, discern key findings and optimize to drive successful outcomes in accounts
Work to create concise ad copy
Create weekly/monthly reports with analysis of campaign performance along with recommendations for improvements
Understand company objectives and business goals to identify current campaign optimization and expansion opportunities
Keep up-to-date on emerging online marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
You will be responsible for managing a small team of junior to intermediate paid ad specialists
Setup tracking in Google Tag Manager
VERY IMPORTANT - you will be required to converse with clients and leads. Therefore, English is a must!

Experience in digital marketing
Highly analytical and strong critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A close eye for detail with the ability to see how pieces fit into the overall picture
Results-driven work ethic and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of Google products and other digital marketing analytics tools is preferred
