About This Job:
We are seeking a Project Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in recruiting for a collection/research project in Seoul, South Korea.
This is a local position to Seoul. You can work from home, just has to be in the local area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Assist Recruiting Manager with additional duties as required.
- On-boarding is done by HR team, but you may need to initiate some paperwork processes
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with updates on manpower and back-fill
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all candidates
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with high volume recruiting a must
Pay rate: 17356 KRW per hour
Employment type: Seasonal/Temp
Duration: Approximately 3-4 weeks
