About This Job:
Land Identity, LLC is a growing landscape architecture firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the staff in their Westfield, NJ office. Candidates should be self-motivated professionals with strong verbal and written communication skills, they should be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills.  Individuals with a diverse skill set including marketing or advertising are preferred. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE
Proposal writing, answering phone calls from new clients, scheduling appointments, calendar management, maintaining client contact list, initial project setup, permit applications, drafting submittal letters, creating construction take-off spreadsheets, ordering of supplies, and client invoicing. 
 
MARKETING/ADVERTISING
Creating content for weekly Instagram posts, minor website updates, blog publishing/posting, and developing marketing materials.
Requirements & Qualifications:
VERBAL/WRITTEN
Speak and write fluently in English
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED
High school diploma (equivalent) or greater
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Administrative/Marketing/Advertising
 
SOFTWARE
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, Instagram, Squarespace, Adobe Suite
