About This Job:
Customer Service Agents will provide inbound and some outbound customer service for our clients. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and providing a solution. This position is an independent contractor position.
Minimum hours required to work is 15 hours a week.
You are required to select a client within 30 days. You may receive an extension for the reasons listed:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
