Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies to promote our experiential learning programs, attract new students, and elevate our brand image.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and PR materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive media coverage and secure strategic partnerships.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility and manage media relations effectively.
- Identify and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our programs and establish thought leadership.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and PR campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Manage and oversee the marketing and PR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing and PR practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the Marketing & PR Agencies to ensure alignment with organization objectives of growth, market expansion and enhanced brand visibility.
