Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic "Associate Director-Marketing & PR" to join our dynamic team at Corporate Gurukul, which specializes in experiential learning programs for school and undergraduate students. As "Associate Director-Marketing & PR", you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies to drive enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and establish a strong presence in the education industry. This is a key leadership role that requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with excellent communication and management skills.




Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies to promote our experiential learning programs, attract new students, and elevate our brand image.

- Plan and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and PR materials.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive media coverage and secure strategic partnerships.

- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility and manage media relations effectively.

- Identify and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our programs and establish thought leadership.

- Monitor and analyze marketing and PR campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

- Manage and oversee the marketing and PR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing and PR practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Work closely with the Marketing & PR Agencies to ensure alignment with organization objectives of growth, market expansion and enhanced brand visibility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and PR roles, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and PR strategies, tactics, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and media relations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing and PR content and effectively engage with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and PR campaigns, in collaboration with the agency.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics and PR measurement tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
