About This Job:
Our expanding agency is seeking talented individuals who can provide chat support for high-level influencer accounts with ease. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. As a chat support member, your primary responsibility will be to manage our model accounts efficiently while adhering to company and account rules to drive engagement and increase sales.

​Responsibilities:

​Communicate with fans through chat to increase revenue
​Develop and execute chat strategies to improve engagement and sales
​Foster relationships with fans and followers to enhance the chatting experience
​Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their followers

​Requirements:

​Sales knowledge
​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
​Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
​Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
​Quick learner and adaptable to change
​Ability to work under pressure and meet consistent targets
​Must respect and follow company and account rules
​Previous experience in chat support management is preferred but not required

​Working Hours:

​Mondays: 8 hours
​Tuesday - Sunday: 12 hours
​2 days off
​12-hour shifts are mandatory
​Our company operates in the EST timezone

​Salary:

​$3.5 per hour rate
​5% commission on messages and tip sales
​Paid salary and commission
