Edward Jacobs is a market-leading recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. We work with clients ranging from large international corporations to boutique businesses across Australia, New Zealand, US and in the UK.
 
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants who will drive growth and expand the client base for Edward Jacobs in the US and in the UK. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.
 
 
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Establish relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns
  • Utilise direct sourcing channels (e.g. online job portals, social media) to engage and attract candidates
  • Conduct telephone screening, assessing skills to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
  • Coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Perform reference check on candidates
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3 years of recruitment experience from recruitment firms or internal recruiter from multi-national corporations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • Be comfortable with cold calling, headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
  • High energy, self – starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Willing to work in a US shift or in a UK shift
