About This Job:
BIG Group is looking for an experienced affiliate manager to join one of the current projects.
Our Partner, an iGaming company,  will be happy to expand its team with a professional Affiliate Manager.
The lucky candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, partners and influencers to promote products or services and generate revenue. The primary goal is to acquire new customers and improve overall business performance through effective affiliate partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  1. Develop the affiliate marketing strategy for our gambling platform, retaining existing ones
  2. Focus on player acquisition, retention and revenue growth. 
  3. Implement Affiliate Tracking strategy as per Company's requirement                                                                                       
  4. Build relationships with the existing affiliate by providing them with the support, resources and promotional materials, and optimize campaigns.         
  5. Manage the affiliate budget including commission and budget spend
  6. Commence new campaign strategies, goals, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
  8. Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
  9. Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.
  10. Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
  11. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
  12. Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
  13. Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
  14. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience on the same or related position  with a proven track-record of developing and growing profitable online marketing programs
  2. Work experience in gaming industry and corresponding knowledge of the industry 
  3. International network will be considered as a big asset
  4. Team management skills and advanced negotiation skills
  5. Proficiency in English, other language knowledge is an asset
  6. Deep understanding and experience of working on different affiliate systems
  7. The capability to work within deadlines both with team and individually
  8. Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, emails
