About This Job:
We am looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can handle customer service tasks in English. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) and able to communicate effectively with our clients. The tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via email and / or phone.
The candidate should have experience in customer service and be able to work independently. They should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
I require the virtual assistant to work less than 20 hours per week, and the job is ongoing. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a virtual assistant and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a virtual assistant is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing email marketing strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth for our clients.
- Managing and maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Booking appointments with business clients and customers.
- Answering telephone and email inquiries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
