Roles & Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service; telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries in a consistently polite manner
Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries. Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores
Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options
Strong capacity to retain information
Aptitude to deliver on all customer requests/concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and, at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 1 -2 year of customer service experience
  • Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a pleasant speaking voice, good articulation, annunciation, and clear diction.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills: in this role you will need to actively listen while simultaneously entering information into Allstate’s system
  • Must be highly organized and flexible, as well as able to work independently and in a self-directed manner


Work at Home Requirements:


    High-speed Internet via wired internet connection

    Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
    The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
    Latency under 100ms.
    All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multi-factor authentication on that device
