Job Description
We are looking for customer service representatives to join our team. This position will be dedicated to supporting our consumers
The ideal candidate must have a passion for problem-solving and communicating with a diverse group of customers from around the world. He/she should have experience working in a call center and be comfortable handling customer support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
- Call customers to verify account information and resolve any issues
- Assist with placement of orders or refunds as needed
- Assist with high importance requests and escalate cases to internal and external partners as needed
- Prioritize and answer customer cases
- Plan, monitor and report daily phone and email cases to optimize the customer service workflow and meet KPI’s
- Communicate internally to all departments

- Effective communication skills by phone and email
- Time Management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience working in call center or in a customer service capacity
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is a must .
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
- Ability and willingness to work as a part of an international and intercultural team.
