About This Job:
We are looking for a full time product manager to join our team who would take the Product Roadmap created by our Director of Product - and bring it to life.   We are looking for someone who is ambitious and looking for a chance to take on a serious management role that will take their career to the next level.  You must be passionate about creating great products, extremely committed to excellence and obsessed with hitting deadlines!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ongoing Product Optimization
  • Focus on automation and building simple processes / using technology that will allow us to scale
  • Consistently monitor overall Product/Program results and identify issues/bottlenecks/areas for improvement and relentlessly improve the entire Product/Program experience (SLAPcenter, SLAPmanagers, SLAPexperts, SLAPschool & SLAPworld)
SLAPcenter Development
  • Create consistent feedback loops from clients to understand product priorities
  • Understand Product Roadmap and project management the implementation of it
  • Write out all technical tickets for designers and developers based on Product Roadmap
  • Project manage design team to create all designs needed on time and on budget
  • Project manage developer team to implement new features and fix any bugs/issues
  • Logic test all bugs submitted by our Growth & Experience Team and prioritize resolving any/all Bugs and work with Growth & Experience Team to ensure Partners and Clients are happy and their issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage a QA system to ensure that all work being built by Developers is client ready
  • Manage daily meetings with Developers to prioritize work and ensure we are hitting our deadlines and resolving all Bugs on time while also releasing new features on time 
SLAPschool & SLAPworld Product Management
  • Support logistics management of SLAPschool - including ensuring all elements are programmed and built into SLAPcenter according to the Product Roadmap
  • Support with scheduling, technology set up and any/all logistics related to managing the entire SLAPschool strategy 
  • Support logistics management of SLAPworld - including ensuring all elements are programmed and built into SLAPcenter according to Product Roadmap
  • Support with the organizing of contests, promotions, new features development and any/all logistics related to managing the entire SLAPworld strategy
Liaison with Brand & Communications & Growth & Experience Team
  • Work with Brand & Communications Team to ensure any/all new SLAPcenter, SLAPschool and SLAPworld designs align with Heart & Brand Guide
  • Work with Brand & Communications Team to ensure that any feature announcements or communications connected to SLAPcenter updates are created and sent out
  • Work with Growth & Experience Team to prioritize and manage Bug Submissions and ensure all client issues are resolved
  • Work with Growth & Experience Team to create Proactive Support Campaigns whenever SLAPmanagers need to be activated to communicate or work with SLAPsters to understand or engage in new SLAPcenter, SLAPschool and SLAPworld opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years experience managing software development teams
