About This Job:
Looking for someone who can work some of the below hours (shift flexibility available; total 40 - 45 hrs per week):
Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm EST
Sunday: 7 am - 6 pm EST
Monday - Friday: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm EST (there is flexibility for hours here)
We are looking for a reliable, empathetic and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long time, full-time employment. NO FREELANCERS 
Skiplagged is made for consumers, by consumers and being able to help consumers experience the world better and cheaper is core to who we are.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own customer interactions over email. This is not a call center job. You will rarely have to call anyone

- Prioritize requests in the queue to ensure resolution of most impactful issues first

- Collaborate with the product development team and represent customer interests and feedback
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Great communication skills and strong emotional intelligence. You are able to put yourself in the shoes of customers and help them resolve issues efficiently
- Attention to detail

- Experience with online Customer Service
- Good judgment and discretion
- Patience
- Respect, maturity, and open-mindedness
- Bachelors degree in Communications or English preferred. Must have a professional level of proficiency with reading and writing in English
