About This Job:
- We are an Internet, Phone, and TV service provider based in Ontario, Canada
- Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to join our team
- Provide sales & customer service over the phone
- Respond to tickets through our ticketing system

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls 
- Perform outbound calls
- Respond to emails in our CMS
- Proactively take and handle tickets within the CMS
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have quiet working space to conduct phone calls (absence of background noise, animals, etc.)
- Must have strong & reliable internet connection, as our phone service uses VoIP 
- Must have excellent written and oral communication with advanced understanding of English
- Must be available during weekdays daytime hours
