Global Small Business Campaign Director

Our Global Thank You Small Business Movement helps millions of small business owners globally succeed.  In partnership with Fortune 100 companies, we produce events, content, geurilla marketing efforts and more - all in the name of increasing the support for small business owners!
We are looking for a Campaign Director who will work directly with our VP and all of our corporate partners to manage all elements of this global campaign.  You must be skilled, passionate, energetic, strategic and a person who can get things done and make things happen!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project alongside the Communication & Creative Director.
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities alongside the Communication & Creative Director.
  • Execute the project according to the project plan.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders/senior management including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
Marketing
  • Conceptualize, Implement & Oversee guerilla marketing efforts. 
  • Identify, Manage and Continuously engage with influencers/brand ambassadors.
  • Identify & manage relevant PR opportunities and creatively pitch media using new angles.
  • Identify & manage relevant online publication and become a thought leader by becoming a regular contributor/guest blogger.
  • Implement viral "Nominate a business" initiative & track reward system for people that participate.
  • Actively promote on relevant Silver Lining social media channels.
  • Activate & manage online paid advertising efforts.
  • Drive all marketing efforts associated with the project as needed & continuously be identifying & pitching new marketing opportunities to senior management to drive growth. 
Event Management
  • Assist senior management in developing and managing a calendar of the thoughtful live event across the US to promote the initiative and to educate potential clients on our services and community as a whole. 
Partner Management & Sponsor Management
  • Participate and assist senior management with all top-level partner/Sponsor communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all sponsors get incredible value by effectively communicating & implementing the campaigns agreed upon.  
  • keep everyone involved accountable and drive the project forward at all costs. 
Community Management
  • Continuously monitor our community & make strategic recommendations on how to improve engagement, client journey, functionalities, growth etc.
