We are looking a ROCKSTAR assistant for our company,someone who can learn quickly and will take a proactive approach to constantly make things better, without being asked. You will have training and procedures but will need to be able to learn ideas quickly on your own as well. The right candidate will have great attention to detail, can work independently, and is interested in making the business better. There is opportunity for raises & growth for the right candidate. 
 
Tasks include:
 
-Using ShowMojo to list properties and schedule showings for properties 
- Updating Podio & exporting files
- File & document organization
- Excel projects
- Creating listing templates for the rent & sale of properties & agreements of sale in Dotloop
- Managing rental applications & following up with prospective tenants, 
- Pulling information from MLS (Trend) & local government websites
- Updating procedures word documents
- Saving and Editing PDFs
- Calling & Faxing utility companies to set up/remove service
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Phone handling / GMail & plugins
- ShowMojo
- Podio
- Trend / MLS 
- Leasing, property management, working with tenants
- General knowledge of US real estate
- Creating Agreements of Sale
- Dotloop or Docusign
- Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP preferred) 
- MS Word & PDF creation 
- TREND/MLS
- Social Media Marketing
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior real estate experience required
- Experience with property management preferred
- Experience working with a real estate agent or broker preferred
- Must be familiar with ShowMojo, Podio, Excel, PDF programs, MLS, and Dotloop or Docusign
- Must be comfortable taking and receiving calls and e-mails
- Must be able to take and receive calls to/from the US using a Google Voice phone number.
- Familiarity with Philadelphia area a plus
