Virtual assistant / email responding / online chat customer support

About This Job:
I am looking for 5-10 candidates to do the following tasks:
- Virtual assistant: compile information from incoming emails into a database, scheduling appointments, general admin
- Email distribution and customer support (respond to customer inquiries via email)
- Website customer support via chatbox (be available to answer customers' questions through our website's live chat box). This will be done in shifts of 8 hours.
 
Salary $500-$1500/mo depending on skill set and experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate must be 100% reliable and pay close attention to details.
 
The candidate should also speak fluent English as well as professional to fluent level of written English.
 
The candidate should have prior experience interfacing with clients or in a customer support role before.
