Support and Training Manager - Custom Content Management

About This Job:
The Support and Training Manager will be the expert in our product. You will the person responsible for ensuring the user guides are up to date and match the product. Running weekly training webinars. Taking support questions from our customers and ensuring our user guides answer the common questions.

You will be responsible for quality and customer satisfaction. Please do not apply for this role unless you have experience in a similar role of supporting and training custom software.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral as you will be making outbound calls by telephone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Be the expert in our software
  • Ensure use guides and videos are up to date and accurate
  • Take support issues from clients by email and telephone
  • Run online training courses
  • Run Weekly webinars about how to make the best use of the software
  • Review customer websites and make recommendations to improve results
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of CMS (if you only know wordpress this job is not for you)
  • Able to create web content and deploy
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent verbal and written english
