The Support and Training Manager will be the expert in our product. You will the person responsible for ensuring the user guides are up to date and match the product. Running weekly training webinars. Taking support questions from our customers and ensuring our user guides answer the common questions.
You will be responsible for quality and customer satisfaction. Please do not apply for this role unless you have experience in a similar role of supporting and training custom software.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral as you will be making outbound calls by telephone.
