About the role
We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients:
 
  • Improve their web presence
  • Build new CRO web page wireframes for the designer to create
  • Managing marketing campaigns and results
  • Developing and implementing account plans for client growth
  • Growing organic revenue and developing new streams of business within the existing client accounts
  • In conjunction with Ooze team members and creatives ensuring clients love us and the work we deliver
 
You will also on-board clients and project manage their digital product production from start to finish.
 
 
About you

  • Commercial experience in client service or delivery, preferably in digital or related
  • A track record of building strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Confidence and curiosity to provide strategic insight and guidance to clients

  • Not just an ability to, but an enjoyment of, mentoring and upskilling others
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Present social media strategies to clients
  • Report on web and mobile performance metrics
  • Analyse digital campaigns success
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Manage, implement and execute end to end marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in sales meetings as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Skills and experience
  • Proven work experience as a Digital account manager
  • Hands on experience with SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to use almost all popular digital ad platforms effectively.
