We are currently looking for talented and responsible Scheduler / Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a part-time position, with an opportunity to become full-time in the future.
The work hours would be 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Preferable time of work would be from 12 PM until 5 PM PST (USA)
$6 - $12 / hour
Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Description
  • Main goal: Consistently improving the percentage of the served hours comparing to the available hours
  • Answer scheduling phone calls and emails, resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations etc
  • Systemize communication with clients and staff members to define availability
  • Schedule appointments according to the hours available to be fulfilled, clients and staff availability
  • Analyze and define the best appointments’ logistic
  • Create systems, identify the roots of the problems and come up with solutions
  • Assist Office Manager with other office duties
Requirements & Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of office work / assistant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus
  • Word and Excel knowledge
  • Fast-learner
  • Good time-management skills
  • Reliable
  • Great communication skills, ability to communicate in an efficient way
  • Self-starter
