About This Job:
A leader in the distribution of pleasure products, is looking a for a Lead Qualifier who can qualify leads for our sales team.  The perfect candidate will be well organized with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic self-starter, success driven and goal oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential new business by responding to all inbound leads and determine whether the lead is a viable match based on a pre-established set of criteria
  • Generate referrals from current clients and other sources such as web and generated lists
  • Outbound calling to follow up on older leads informing them of new products and gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle
  • Provide sufficient follow-up via phone and email
  • Guide lead through application process from start to finish
  • Data entry of new leads
  • Create new Honey’s Place accounts
  • Submit Daily and weekly productivity reports
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software

Hours:
Monday – Friday         8:00am – 4:30pm   PST
