About This Job:
A leader in the distribution of pleasure products, is looking a for an E-Commerce Specialist.  The perfect candidate will be well organized with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic self-starter, success driven and goal oriented.
 
Services to be provided by Contractor:
E-Commerce Specialist services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work product to be delivered by Contractor:
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism via email.
  • Resolve chargeback issues with Claims that arise as a result of order errors, late or lost shipments, as dictated by various ecommerce platforms.
  • Resolve and remove any negative feedback.
  • Monitor that all orders are being shipped out by the next business day.
  • Communication protocol with the supplier for missing tracking numbers, out of stock or customer’s returns.
  • Review monthly profit reports.
  • Submit Daily Productivity reports to both Manager and Stakeholders at the end of the day.
  • Provide weekly Sales Report for stakeholders
  • Downloading orders from Amazon / Ebay / Shopify / Big Commerce into supplier’s order system
  • Uploading tracking information from the supplier’s ordering system into Amazon / Ebay / Shopify / Big Commerce
  • Building Promotions including coupon codes and remarketing campaigns.
  • Managing inquiries from company’s social media page including the Blog, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Plan social media campaigns.
  • Creating and Building Link Campaigns through Google Analytics.
  • Review upselling opportunities.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Director of Purchasing, Controller, and/or CEO of the Company.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Experience with Amazon
  • Downloading and uploading order on third party platforms such as Amazon and Ebay
  • Downloading and uploading order from Shopify and Big Commerce
  • Experience in Claims Resolution
  • Social Media
  • 2-3 Years Customer Service experience with tracking orders, resolving issues, following up on orders and etc.
  • Google Analytics
 
Schedule for Completion of Services:
  • Monday through Friday, 7am PST to 3:30pm PST and determined on an ongoing basis with the E-Commerce Manager of the Company.
