The Perfect Plan (registered as Bride Squad Pte Ltd) is a new business based in Singapore that is currently doing digital marketing and sales for the wedding industry. We are looking to offer listings for luxury hotels and other wedding vendors in our platform.
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Vendor Acquisition Executive in the Luxury Hospitality and Events Industry to help create a best-in-class experience for a wedding planning platform.
 
Responsibilities include managing the full scope of the category and vendor portfolio, building and sustaining strategic relationships with key global planners and vendors, improving the end-to-end customer experience, and helping to shape the evolution of how vendors use our online platform to conduct their business.
 
We are looking for a passionate customer and category advocate with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and a proven record of driving category growth.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and independent with a passion for luxury events and hospitality industry and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
• Identify and prospect potential vendors
• Consistently hit targets for bringing on new vendors every month
• Lead the vendor through the on-boarding process
• Work with vendors to develop packages that align to trends and customer needs
• Travel as and when is needed to meet with the vendors and hotels.
• Create and consolidate presentations for vendor meetings
• Admin work such as invoicing
Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality/events sales
• Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Solid communications skills – verbal and written in English
• Detail-oriented
• Naturally tech Savvy and ability to grasp new systems and applications
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
• Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity
• Adequate knowledge of luxury hotel brands
