Roles & Responsibilities:
Office duties are listed below:
• Data Entry
• Booking appointments
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a
timely and promptly manner
• Handle customer service complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Schedule/Track/Route technicians to their locations
• Paperwork such as invoicing, proposals, authorization forms etc.
• Updating, Filing, Faxing, Scanning, Printing important documents
• Handle other assignments as directed
